Here at Slim Active with Sharon, we have great healthy living advice and we have our own in house nutritionist, who designs all of our eating plans. From our core Healthy Eating plan (to help you reduce the amount of sugar in your diet)
through to our add on booster plans for when you need a little extra help or guidance - or even just a good kick and she is always on hand to answer your questions by email.

We believe in good, wholesome, natural foods, high in protein low in refined carbs and sugars, with plenty of vegetables and fruit. Our plans contain "normal" food with some fantastic recipes that your whole family will enjoy.
